We ship within 1-2 business days. Omniva / DPD parcel locker - €3.50 (free for orders over €50). Pickup at our store in Rēzekne - €1.60. Payment: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days.

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship orders within 1 business day. Delivery with Omniva or DPD parcel machine in Latvia usually takes 1-3 business days.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, ONE:ZERO products are formulated with gentle formulas and are also suitable for sensitive skin. The kids' line is hypoallergenic and free of artificially added fragrances.
How do I return an item?
You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Contact us and we will help you with the return.
Is the formula really natural?
The products are based on ingredients of natural origin combined with carefully crafted formulas. The full INCI composition is indicated on the page of each product.
