Refund policy

Consumers who purchase goods through the online store www.onezerocosmetics.lv have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If goods included in the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins after the final item has been received.

Please include your first and last name, contact details and order number in your notice. You may use the withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

Before returning a product, please contact us at info@onezerocosmetics.lv or call +371 26110801 to receive the current return address and shipping instructions.

Condition of returned goods

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Please return the product securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Where possible, please use the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the sealed packaging of a product has been opened and the product cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons. This may apply to certain cosmetics, body-care and hair-care products.

Return shipping costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless ONE:ZERO has agreed to cover them.

If the product you received is damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us immediately at info@onezerocosmetics.lv. In such cases, SIA CRYSTAL ROSE will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

The right of withdrawal is governed by the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014, “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”.
