Goods return

All goods purchased in the online store www.onezerocosmetics.com have a warranty and the buyers have the right to withdraw, in accordance with Latvian legislation, which stipulates that when shopping online, the buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (LR Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 "Regulations on Distance Contracts").

RETURN OF GOODS:

• The buyer must inform us of his intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods, notifying the online store by e-mail info@onezerocosmetics.com or by calling +371 26110801.
• A refusal can only be requested by presenting a document confirming the purchase (check, invoice, bill of lading or receipt). When returning the goods, it must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Section 12, sixth part of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods while exercising the right to refuse".
• SIA Crystal Rose reserves the right to deny the buyer the right to withdraw or to retain compensation in case of damaged goods. Products cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened or damaged..
• It is not possible to return those products whose use (or non-use) cannot be determined. For example, body and hair care products whose shelf life is short and directly dependent on the day of opening the package (the package has a sign "opened package", which indicates that the shelf life begins from the moment of opening the package).
• In case of return, the buyer pays for delivery costs, except in cases where the reason for return is non-compliance with the order or defect (sprayer does not work, lid is broken, glass is cracked, etc.).
• It is not possible to return a product purchased at a discount, but it is possible to exchange it for another product or a gift card in the value of the product.
• SIA Crystal Rose guarantees the buyer a refund after receiving the returned package as soon as possible, but no later than 10 calendar days.
